The Sphere

Sphere Abu Dhabi, announced in 2026 for the plot between Yas Mall and SeaWorld, drawn at the size of the one in Las Vegas. When you come close its screen starts the show: the name travels round the ball while slow bands of warm and violet colour drift through the dusk picture behind it. At night it is the brightest thing on the island: six searchlights at its foot sweep the sky, and its light pools on the car parks round it.

How to see it: After dark, zoom in north of SeaWorld.
