The Falcons at Yas Mall

Marco Cianfanelli’s Falcons: 132 steel columns on a grassy mound by the mall. From one direction the slabs on the columns line up into a falcon taking flight; walk round (here, turn the map) and the next falcon comes into focus. At night uplights in the dune turn the columns into a lit grove.
