That blue steel cage by SeaWorld hides air conditioning for a whole neighbourhood. It's a district cooling plant: the towers inside chill water that runs in pipes under the streets to the buildings around, so they don't each need their own big AC units. Tabreed cools a lot of Yas this way, Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World included.
